Beginning in 2003, Family Haven began sponsoring an annual Taste of Forsyth. This event has been a popular fund raiser and all proceeds go towards our goal of obtaining a new shelter. Our first Taste was held in 2003. We had 21 restaurants participate and over 1000 attended this event. The second Taste was even bigger, with 27 restaurants and over 5000 in attendance. The third year, we added a Business Expo and Art Expo. It exceeded our expectations, with over 50 vendors and 8000 in attendance. We are expecting an even more successful event this year and hope you will help us to make our dream a reality.
